Terms and Conditions

 

Free Trial: There is no free trial offered for this Membership.

 

Membership Cancelations: 

You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting the Studio and requesting it.

 

Any sessions previously scheduled under your membership when it was active will only be canceled IF REQUESTED. 

You must notify the Studio that you are canceling upcoming sessions in addition to your Membership. 

 

Refunds: 

This is a Yearly Membership which waives Reservation/Deposits/Booking fees for a total of THREE (3) In-Studio sessions only. 

 

While you CAN cancel your membership anytime; there can be no refunds, since the session times have already been reserved barring others from booking that date, service and/or time.

 

Session Cancelations/Rescheduling: 

If you've booked a session ahead of time under the terms of this VIP Membership and need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please give as much notice as possible.

Rescheduled Dates/Times requests are  **SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY** at the time of the request.

More than 3 reschedule requests for the same service/session will incur a $100 fee.

 

Limitations: 

1. Portrait sessions scheduled under this Membership are limited to IN-STUDIO portrait sessions, only. Exclusions Apply. 

2. On-Location, Cake Smash, Senior Portraits, and Business/Executive Portraits are NOT Included in this Membership.

3. Your Membership will NOT auto-renew.

4. No credit card information is retained/stored by the Studio. 

5. Non Transferable and limited to ONE Membership per individual and/or Family.

6. Membership Perks Expire on December 31, 2024.

 

 

Referral Program: 

You and anyone you've referred, who drops your name AND signs up for this Membership, will enjoy a bigger discount of 15% on images/prints/product purchases during the course of active membership. 

(Regular membership discount of 10% applies to all other members)

** Discounts cannot be combined **

Your 15% referral discount can only be used once in the course of your Yearly Membership and WILL continue even (if those you have referred and who have paid for a membership, discontinue their membership anytime during the year.)

 

Other Perks: 

2- Seasonal/Holiday Mini Sessions are complimentary for VIP Members. 

Members will also have early access to the booking calendar  through the "Head's Up Sign-Up" Emails. 

** Whatever products/prints are included in the promotion are also available to VIP Membership**

 

Note about Digital and Print Products:

 

ALL sessions offer ADDITIONAL digital images/prints/print products FOR PURCHASE, separately  according to the current price lists at the time. 

 

Your Membership perks only apply to Reservation/Deposit/Booking fees, Photographic Services and  5 (FIVE) digital or print products/images per full session.

 

Your membership print/product discount is applicable for additional Ala Carte purchases as well.
